“The Mist” is the first single taken from the forthcoming album “Silk” by STEREOSKOP. The Spanish duo consists of Alex Brujas (Guitars, Synths & Drums) and Susana Egea (Vocals & Synths).

After previous releases had a strong electronic touch, their sixth album is mainly driven by analogue synth sounds and atmospheric guitars, which are heavily influenced by an 80s dream pop style.

And while the lyrics are inspired by Sci-Fi and romantic literature of the 18th Century, “The Mist” is the band’s response to the question: “What do we do now?”. What is or is not – that is the mist in which human reality is constantly enveloped.

Beside the original version two remarkable remixes by Spanish producer Lexvaz and German songstress and actress Gloria de Oliveira complete the tracklist of the single.
